Missing Square Puzzle

<p>The 4 main pieces form a large right triangle in one configuration.&nbsp; When rearranged, the 4 pieces apparently form the same triangle with one piece missing.&nbsp; The secret of this puzzle involves Fibonacci numbers.&nbsp; There are many videos online showing this puzzle.&nbsp; Just search for the missing square puzzle.&nbsp; A very good, brief explanation with references can be found here:&nbsp; <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missing_square_puzzle">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missing_square_puzzle</a>.</p><p>The link also shows a related puzzle by&nbsp;Mitsunobu Matsuyama for which I have also made a 3d model called the Matsuyama Paradox Puzzle.</p><p>I’ve printed with PLA and PETG (no supports) with varying amounts of shrinkage but that shouldn’t take away from the illusion.&nbsp; There’s another excellent representation of the Missing Square Puzzle by Kiwibloke (Magic Area Puzzle with Display Tray).&nbsp; But I thought the rectangular tray could be a little revealing so I’ve used a simple rectangular tray.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p>
