Missing parts for self balancing bike from remrc

As I tried to build the self balancing bike with reaction wheel from remrc, there were some parts to order and some were missing. I hesitaed to order parts from Lego company as they are way overpriced. I found similar parts very cheap at aliexpress, but they did not fit well. So I started Fusion360 and here we go. 1) "CrossPin.stl": The axis of the front wheel was not mentioned in the part list. It is a cross pin usually available at lego, but I do not have the part number. Easy to print in 2 minutes, not even a raft was necessary. 2) "SquaresWheel.stl": The NIDEC 24H motors I ordered had a different motor axis and there was no gear wheel for the belt. The part I printed fits well for the belt and is tight on the axis, anyway, some glue might be usefull. Fits to the reaction wheel, too. Update: edited the drilled axis for better fitting. 3) "Lego2902FrontTire.stl" and "Lego88516RearTire.stl": I bought the tires at ali very very cheap, but both were 2 mm too large and did not fit into the bike construction. So I had to construct them by myself and print them with TPU (used a lot of supports). Worked well at first try. 4) "Lego2903FrontWheel.stl": Now that all parts are self printed except the front wheel, I did not want to use any bought parts. So I tried to print this, too. Result was slightly satisfying. Update: As it did not fit very strong and the bike starts wobbling cause of theunstable axis, I deigned the same wheel using two bearings. I'd recommend to use this. Use the same bearings as for the rear wheel. On the photos, you see the part from ali (which I assume is not genuine Lego) on the left and the printed part on the right. A PCB, which can drive the bike and the three-axis self balancing cube as well, is under construction. Will upload it to GitHub and leave a link here. Have Fun.
