The 3D model is originally created in 3ds Max and V-Ray renderer, with further remodelling and adaptations handled by an in-house team to ensure top visual and technical quality across multiple file formats. Each model comes as a single editable mesh, accurately scaled and named, with units in centimeters. Available formats include SketchUp 8+, Autodesk 3ds Max 2011+ (with VRay, Mental Ray, or Scanline), OBJ, FBX, Cinema4D R16+, Archicad R16+, Rhinoceros, Autodesk DWG, Maya, Lightwave, Collada, and more upon request. Before purchasing, it's advised to test the models with your 3D software using free options available on the site.
