Mishimoto shift knob adapter for Mazda MX-5 Miata

I have a 2012 Mazda MX-5 NC and I bought a Mishimoto carbon fiber shift knob which comes with a set of adapters to fit different cars. While it does have an adapter that works for my car, the adapter is really short and does not allow you to thread the knob down very far onto the shifter. As a result, the knob sat too high for my liking (some of the shifter threads were still visible below the base of the knob even when I tightened it as far as it would go). So I created this adapter to replace Mishimoto's. I tried replicating its design with the main difference being that it is almost twice as long which allows the shift knob to be threaded farther down the shifter.
