Mishimoto knob adapter 17mm ID to 16mm OD

I purchased this touted "universal" shift knob only to discover that the ID hole is 17mm, while the shifter shaft measures 16mm OD on my Pontiac Fiero. Unfortunately, the included adapters failed to fit properly. If you don't have a 0.2 nozzle, you must increase your extrusion by 150% in order for each thread to bond effectively, or they will delaminate instead. It's a very tight squeeze, but it works perfectly. I cut off the base after attaching the knob because it was starting to delaminate, but it should hold up fine.
