For the best results, I highly recommend printing multiple units at once, such as two or four, with a sturdy raft base beneath. Using a 100 micron layer height yields an incredibly smooth finish that's simply stunning. My personal experience shows that printing with ABS plastic delivers the most consistent results due to its rigid properties – I tried printing with PLA previously and unfortunately it flexed severely after just one night clipped onto elastic basketball shorts waistbands.
