Bitmap-based terrain generation is now available using the Procedural Based Shader. 1 Procedural Textures include: • 1 Diffusion texture • 1 Bump Map • 1 Displacement map • 1 Luminance texture • 1 Color Map Textures are provided as Seamless TIFF files and Cinema4D files (R15). Textures can be applied to the Terrain Mask Shader Channel or combined with other Procedural effects. Soft bodies, including meshes and characters, may also utilize this displacement technique using their internal mesh deformer. IBL, GI and AO rendered maps, including environment texture preview files (matprev_env.hdr from c4D Material Preview folder), demonstrate compatibility with Procedural effects and advanced shading techniques. Additionally, Miscellaneous Shaders 062 National Lighting and Artistic Lighting styles can be incorporated.
