A large servo motor-driven gearbox featuring a wormscrew gear with a 13:1 ratio is designed, with drive horns passing through both sides of it. The potentiometer is connected indirectly via an involute gear to the gearbox itself; this design is mirrored and comes in left and right versions - this is the left-handed version. The right-handed variant can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:59770. An update suggests using the newer -1 files for easier assembly.
