This product offers architectural 3D rendering capabilities; however, it isn't directly compatible with software like Unity. To import the textures, simply bake them in 3Ds Max or Maya (with V-Ray installed). The model is unwrapped, shaded, and textured, requiring only addition to a scene. No smoothing or NGone is necessary, and textures can be modified or replaced easily. The model is metrically accurate in centimeters and was created using 3Ds Max 2017 and VRay renderer. Note that the scene includes only the object for sale, not the studio, lighting, environment, or camera.
