Simple corner brackets securely hold a 3mm thick acrylic safety mirror in place, requiring four units for a square or rectangular mirror setup. These brackets are ideal for attaching a lightweight mirror to the inside of a kitchen cupboard door, as I've done with my own 297mm x 210mm acrylic safety mirror. The brackets provide a stable and secure hold without obstructing the view through the mirror. A countersunk hole is provided on each bracket, allowing small woodscrews to be used for easy attachment to the rear of the cupboard door. This design ensures a snug fit and prevents the brackets from shifting or falling out of place. I sourced my safety mirror from eBay, but you can also use these brackets to hold up frameless pictures by attaching them to the wall with screws. For added safety, consider using acrylic instead of glass for the picture backing, as it provides an extra layer of protection against accidental breakage.
