Mirror Mount for Carpuride W903 Android Car Display with 4Pin Slot Mount

This is an Openscad design for mounting a Carpuride W903 Android display on a rearview mirror.  The STL files are sized for a late ‘90’s Volkswagen Eurovan mirror.  The OpenScad file, while currently sized for this car, can be easily modified for your rearview mirror.Load the .scad file into your copy of OpenScad https://openscad.org/You can modify the variables as you see fit.For your specific mirror, the variables to change are:   cornerR = 2.5; //Radius of corners   Len = 210; //Mirror Inside Length including corners   Wid = 68; //Mirror Inside Width including corners   WidMid = 4; //Increased width of mirror at center   LenMid = 2.5;  //Increased Length of mirror at center   MountLen = 71;  //Flat Mount Area Length   MountWid = 37;  //Flat Mount Area Width   EdgeThick = 3.5;  //Mount Edge ThicknessIf your specific mirror is not rectangular, just put in dimensions for the largest rectangle to fit inside.  The mirror bracket is designed to be flush against the glass mirror, and to be sized to butt up against the plastic mirror surround to keep it from sliding around.  I printed mine out of PETG.  You will need support for printing the 4 prong ears.The bottom section is a band design to snap over the mirror and bracket.  Print out of TPU and adjust these variables to make it snug://TPU Band for holding bracket to mirror   BandTopR = 10; //Radius of top of TPU band   BandBotR = 9; //Radius of bottom of TPU band   BandLen = 81; //Length of mirror where band goes   BandTh = 2.5; //Band Thickness   BandWid = 12; //Band strap widthFor both the mirror mount and the TPU band, you can plug in your variables, generate the STL, slice in your favorite slicer, and just print a layer or two to verify your fit.Adjust as needed.Note: Use the /*  and */ delimiters to block out or invoke the two sections to output either the bracket or the band.OpenScad is my favorite CAD design tool for these sorts of things.Comment if you need help.
