This is a bracket that's secured directly to the mirror or an oversized poster, then firmly attached to the wall. Begin by gluing the smaller bracket to the mirror, then insert the clipped tacks into the bracket and slide them onto the mirror bracket. Lift up and press the mirror against the wall to mark where it should be positioned. Next, remove the attach brackets with screws and install the mirror securely in place.
