MIRO Bed Levelling Wheel M4
thingiverse
Based on the design by Keromida, which can be found here https://www.printables.com/en/model/145649-giro-bed-leveling-wheel-thumb-nut I think the design itself is simple yet beautiful, but I wanted it to fit an M4 nut. I intended to remix it, but ended up modelling it from scratch, in order to make the minor changes I wanted. This was intended for the Ender 3. The wheel is 60 mm in diametre, and roughly 8mm deep. You will need 4x M4 nuts. Pro tip- push the wheel onto the threaded rod, then thread the nut on by hand until it disappears inside. Then you should be able to tighten as normal with the wheel. Glue causes the nut to sit at a slight angle, which increases friction and makes the threaded rod turn with the wheel. Printing: 40% infill at 50/ms seems fine (on the Ender 3), it needs support turned on for the inset centre portion.
