Mirlitón Turuta Kazoo
thingiverse
This is the typical turtlet used in Cadiz carnivals, also known as a mirlitón or Kazoo (in English). It's a musical instrument from the family of membranophones, consisting of a box whose upper cover has a hole covered by a cigarette paper or a piece of plastic that modifies the sound of a person's voice due to the vibration of the membrane. It is one of the easiest instruments to play in existence. It has been occasionally used by professional musicians. To make it work, you need a metric 3 screw and a clip to fix the cigarette paper or the piece of plastic.
