05/11/2014 Finally added a BOM.cvs 09/10/2014 Added a new version. V1.5 With some important modification. In the 3d tinkercad project you can compute all the measure of aluminium extrusion profile. I used two type of brico aluminium extrusion profile 10mmx10mm 20mmx10mm Yuo can rescale the entire printer on axis Y and Z. For the resacaling on the axe X You must reengineer the heatbed support mount. In the tinkercad link below you can see a rescaled MiraCube with a volume of 20x40x30https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fpE4DgV8KrO-miracube-20x40x30 For the X Y and Z sliders I used 8mm smooth rods (you can get the lenght from thinkercad project) and a LM8UU linear bearing. Nel progetto puoi calcolare e ricavare ogni singola misura di ciascun pezzo in alluminio. Per la stampante in foto ho utilizzato due tipi di estrusi in alluminio facilmenti reperibili in un qualsiasi negozio brico (Leroy & Marlin, Brico, Obi, etc.): barre da 10mm x 10mm barre da 20mm x 10mm Inoltre, sempre dal progetto Tinkercad puoi scalare l'intera struttura della stampante sia sull'asse Y che su quello Z. Per l'asse X andrebbe reingegnerizzato il supporto per il piatto riscaldato. Nel link di seguito puoi trovare già un progetto scalato con dimensioni di stampa 20x40x30https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fpE4DgV8KrO-miracube-20x40x30 Per gli slider X, Y e Z ho utilizzato delle barre rettificate da 8mm e dei cuscinetti lineari del tipo LM8UU. Anche in questo caso puoi ricavare la lunghezza delle barre dal progetto Tinkercad. Come cuscinetti a sfera per la Cinematica XY ho utilizzato dei cuscinetti con foro interno da 4mm ed una cinghia dentata GT2. Se ti piace la stampante scrivi un commento o lascia un feedback.
