A late medieval rectangular chapel stands alone today as Leiston's first site (Scheduled Monument No. 21404), with remote sensing results revealing that the ruin occupies a much larger cruciform church and claustral complex. The chapel structure suffered partial demolition during WWII, when a pillbox was constructed into its remains. Photography and 3D modeling were done by Hugh Fiske for DigVentures.
