Minpin 115 is a compact, brushless quadcopter designed to deliver exceptional performance. The carbon frame of this model can be ordered from Armattan Productions at http://armattanproductions.com/pages/kit_detail/212. The stock hardware required for a fully printed frame with prop guard includes: 4x M3 x 6 nylon screws 10x M3 x 10 nylon screws 12x M3 5 + 6 nylon standoffs 12x M3 20 + 6 nylon standoffs 12x M3 nylon nuts 1x M3 x 15 nylon female to female threaded spacer A full set of nylon M3 standoff kits is recommended for customizing stack spacing. These kits can be found on Amazon by searching "M3 Nylon" and typically cost around $10. Designing custom parts is also an option, as most components mount from the flight controller stackup. To create a new part, simply drill four 3.3mm holes with 30.5mm spacing and turn the board 45 degrees from a standard quad configuration. Print Settings: Printer: Highly Modified Printrbot Simple Rafts: Optional Supports: Yes Infill: 100% Notes: It is recommended to print with nylon or PETG for prop guards, but PLA and ABS will also work. Print at 0.25 layer height and use 100% infill. Most parts can be printed without supports except for the lower prop guard mount.
