I was watching the great course "Master MANUAL Metering for Film" by Nick Carver. I only have a minolta spot meter with EV-value metering so I had to make this. It requires some paint too see in the dark. Or just print it lighter. Optional: M4 & M6 set screws, or normal screws/bolts. M4 is to clamp the apparatus on to the lens, gently. M6 is to lock ISO value if needed, so that only the EV/F-number ring will rotate. 0.1mm layer height is recommended. No supports needed I would use 120 grit sand paper on the inside of the core tube just to get rid off any reflections.
