I've designed this from scratch in OpenSCAD based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4789670 since that model did not fit my meter correctly. I reduced the thickness of some walls and now works correctly. Most importantly, the lip of the accessory is solid which depresses the pin on my Minolta IV meter (which indicates the meter that it should compensate for a reflected reading).
