Minolta MD/MC lens to C-mount adapter

Adapter to use Minolta MD/MC lenses on a C-mount camera such as the Raspberry Pi HQ camera module. This remix is essentially just a combination and cleanup of the two source Things. I recommend printing in PETG with the wide, flat edge down and supports enabled. If using this with the RPi HQ cam module, you'll need the metal adapter ring that comes with it. I find this helps with durability because you can leave the metal ring on the printed adapter and just unthread the metal part when changing lenses, so that you're not wearing down the printed threads by repeatedly threading and unthreading them. This adapter should allow the camera to focus to infinity assuming your lens is capable of it and you have the HQ cam module back focus calibrated correctly.
