I needed a custom body cap for one of my camera bodies that was up for sale, but I didn't want to use any additional supports. I had seen a few designs online, so I decided to create my own. I designed the first model, called the "CAM," which used internal cams to secure it onto the body. However, even with this design, there was still a risk of it falling out, so I came up with a second version that incorporated a bayonet lock and added supports for extra security. This new design printed smoothly, and once the supports were removed, it fit perfectly onto my camera body.
