Adapter for Minolta MD Lens Fitted to Nikon F Body. Let's get one thing straight: this adapter isn't commonly used because it has a major limitation - you can't focus at infinity due to the difference in flange distances between the two mounts. This makes it suitable only for using your MD lens for close-up or macro photography, where focusing beyond a certain point isn't necessary. I tested it on my Raynox 28mm and found that I could get as close as about 15cm before hitting the focus limit. Despite this limitation, the adapter works just fine and fits snugly in place.
