Minolta Autocord Focus Lever

If you've spotted this already, you probably know what it's all about! The part was printed using the Shapeways Steel print method (Approx $20 Canadian per piece). Photos are from my initial print, but I've redesigned this one for better fitment and taken into account some shrinkage during printing (0.08%). As of now, I haven't tested the print in ABS or any other material, so parameters might be different. Chances are you'll need to do some sanding with a metal file to get it to fit properly. Also, keep in mind that the steel print is extremely strong - probably overkill. I haven't tried printing with aluminum yet, but that might be a better option since it would be easier to tap and sand if there are any fitment issues (my first print steel version is just pressure-fit, no set screws). If anyone has tried it in aluminum, let me know how it goes! I can modify the model for any differences in shrinkage.
