Minn Kota Endura Max 55 Thruster Shroud
grabcad
This 3D printable shroud, designed for a Minn Kota Endura Max 55 thruster, may also fit other models depending on the thruster's diameter. The airfoil is created using an equation-driven spline with NACA0006 symmetry. However, editing the file does not dynamically change the model in Solidworks. Hardware is not included due to time constraints; use 1/4-20 stainless hardware for both fresh and saltwater environments. Printing advice includes cutting the shroud into two parts, requiring a large bed and checking personal machine dimensions before printing. The two shroud halves should mate via epoxy, but alternative fastening methods may exist. Support material is usually not necessary except for the mount ring, and sanding might be needed based on printer accuracy. If your slicing software supports it, consider a -0.10 mm to -0.20 mm horizontal size compensation. Kudos to @FredSWUG for the nice render!
