Minkowski-ized Tux Cookie Cutter
thingiverse
To create a Tux-shaped cookie cutter, start with Larry Ewing's Tux drawings and generate a flat slab in OpenSCAD using Inkscape to produce a DXF file. Import the DXF file into OpenSCAD, export it as an STL file, then re-import the STL file back into OpenSCAD to create the cutter. Use Minkowski transforms for wall thicknesses and stack up layers before punching out the central cookie shape. The current version of OpenSCAD has improved DXF and STL import functions, which might help shorten the process. An annotated video showcasing the Thing-O-Matic building a cutter is available, along with a detailed backstory on the author's blog.
