DescriptionMy take on a minimalistic hardcase wallet. Includes a sections for 4-5 credit cards, a handful european bank notes up to 50€ and a hidden coin tray for ~7 coins. Designed in a way that nothing can fall out on accident and is as close to silent when possible. Includes variants for both left-handed and right-handed people.Additional parts(1x) Felt fabric sheetOptional: (20x) 5x1mm magnetsPrint instructionsMake sure your printer is well calibrated. This model has no tolerances so that almost all parts can stay together without glueing.Grab the .3mf containing all parts or the individual .stl files. For the outer shell you can choose between a right-handed and a left-handed version. The only difference this makes is on which side you grab your cards. The right-handed version has the opening on the right side and vice versa. The outer shell should be printed with supports for both slots on the bottom. The upper lid needs to be flipped on its head so that it's printable without supports. For the filament I recommend using PLA.Colors for the individual parts can be mixed and matched. I went with Galaxy Black for both the outer shell and upper lid and silver for the remaining internal parts.Assembly instructionsStart with the outer shell and insert the note section. Orient the flat section towards the wide upper exit. Make sure all corners are as fully pushed in.Insert the coin section. Orientation doesn't matter.Glue the card section to the upper lid as precisely as possible.Cut a fabric felt sheet into two pieces of the shape of the coin tray. Glue one piece into the coin tray and one on the bottom of the card section. It's important to make the latter one not to big so that everything still fits.Optional: Glue a 5x1mm magnet into each of the 20 holes in the coin section and card section. I'd recommend this only if the wallet doesn't hold together by itself. Personally, this hasn't become a problem for me even after weeks of use.Opening and closing the wallet might be a bit difficult right after assembly. It should gradually become easier over time.AddendumIf anyone comes up with improvements or other changes I'm always interested in seeing some remixes.
