MiniRobot Nk_Battlecruiser
thingiverse
The unique mini-robot is assembled with all parts, featuring a futuristic spacecraft appearance and housing for two standard servos. Two 9V batteries provide balance in the minirobot's center of gravity, counteracting servo and ultrasonic sensor weight. Connections use clips, with superior and inferior designs combining to form a single rigid structure. All mini-robot parts include support to prevent structural breakage, creating a solid and lightweight design. A custom clip slips through a wheel hub hole and the main structure's slot, adjusting the wheel height for increased rigidity. The wheel is pressed in place using cuts that allow the sphere to rotate without dislodging. This design originated from a University Carlos III of Madrid seminar on 3D printing, with all pieces available in the Nicolas_minirobot.scad file. Arduino, battery, and servo models can also be uncommented for visualization. Supporting STL files include us_sensor_hc-sr04.stl, servo_futabaS3003.stl, Batteries.stl, and arduino_solid_holes.stl. Individual STL files are Nk_sujetador_rueda_loca.stl, Nk_sujetador_bateria.stl, Nk_soporte_ultrasonico.stl, Nk_soporte_rueda_loca.stl, Nk_montaje_superior.stl, Nk_montaje_inferior.stl, and Nk_esfera.stl.
