MiniPlan V6 - Mason
thingiverse
There are 19 servo motors that power MiniPlan V6 and perform various functions. I designed the mechanical parts using Rhinoceros and coded the firmware with Arduino IDE. The entire build took around 18 to 24 hours, made possible by my Prusa i3 printer running on PLA material. A total of 160g of PLA was needed for the project. Servos used include Emax ES08MDII x 19 PCS, plus one additional servo for the head. Screws were self-tapping M2 x 8mm x 100 PCS and M1 x 3mm x 27 PCS from the servos themselves. Eight bearings of type 4x8x3 MR84ZZ were also used. For further assistance, I recommend checking out MiniPlan Motion Editor on YouTube or the GitHub repository for code and schematic designs.
