Updating of 3D Head Completed Successfully on October 28, 2019 - Code Updated and Libraries Linked This is an upgraded OttoDIY++ body designed by EdisonStembot with added shoulder brackets to attach arms and detachable hands, all created using TinkerCad. The schematic will demonstrate how the six servos and infrared receiver are integrated. For reference, see GoBroRobo. To access libraries and sketches for controlling this Otto with arms using an Infrared remote control, visit https://github.com/CoolTrish/Minion-Otto_with-arms. First, add or replace Otto+ libraries before running the sketch. Note that this sketch will not function with the OttoDIY/Otto+ libraries repository due to their modifications. For beginners, it is recommended to start by creating an OttoDIY biped bot at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1568652, which will provide a step-by-step guide on downloading Arduino IDE and adding libraries. The upgraded Otto+ with arms is powered by high-capacity Ni-MH rechargeable batteries (2500 mAh) connected to 5V and GND. To determine when it's time to recharge the batteries, observe your Otto's behavior: it will repeatedly execute the last command or simply stop functioning.
