I'm showcasing my Minion Dave Remix, where I've made a significant modification to the design by introducing a locating hole and pin to facilitate seamless gluing of the two halves together. Once you've printed both halves, locate the pin/cube within one half before pressing them together. The accuracy of your printer will dictate whether you need to sand the cube slightly for a perfect fit. I incorporated a 0.2mm tolerance into the parts, knowing that's my printer's precise limit. Your experience might vary. Here are the print settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Rafts: No rafts used Supports: No supports needed Resolution: Set at 0.2 resolution for optimal results Infill Percentage: I opted for 25% infill for added stability and durability
