Made with robust 3/4-inch conduit metal, easily obtainable at your local hardware store for approximately $4 per 10-foot length. Securely fastening the components together requires M3 screws. The design should be adaptable to various pipe sizes, although I haven't thoroughly tested it. You can build this project to any desired scale, as I constructed mine based on a standard 10-card setup. If you prefer, you can add height to accommodate multiple racks of GPUs above.
