This is a minimalistic fan shroud for the Ender 3 Max. This fan duct is for those who want dual 5015 cooling and a Revo CR hotend for the Ender 3 Max, without having to do a bunch of other modifications. This fan shroud does not interfere with the standard CR Touch mount! Just slap two 5015's and a Revo CR on and you're set. This mount is tested by me. I have not done any flow analysis on the fan ducts, but they seem to do their job. Negatives: Cable management possibilites could be better on this part. UPDATE: It has come to my attention that this thing collides with the bed clips of the E3 Max. Add a little extra safety margin towards the edge until I have had the time to adjust the model. Hey, this looks good, but I'm on the stock MK8 hotend, will this fit? - Nope, get this instead: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5976480 What hardware is needed? I bet I need a ton of threaded inserts and stuff? - Nope. You need screws and nuts for the fans. 4xM4 for the 5015's and 4xM3 for the hotend fan. The walls of the shroud are only 1.8mm thick so M4x20 _should_ work for the 5015's and M3x15 _should_ work for the hotend fan. My screws were waaay to long. I want to add a 4020 fan for the hotend, will it fit? - Nope. The nuts for the 5015's will interfere with a thicker fan than 4010. If I feel the need for a 4020 in the future, I might do another version of this.
