Minimalistic Zen replacement

This is a remix of Minimalistic MK7 Replacement found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15718. The benefits of this mod include: 1. Fast loading and release of filament, achieved by pressing the lever to disengage the drive gear. 2. Easy cleaning of the drive gear (it's exposed), which can be done even during mid-print. 3. Smoother feed than the stock Zen drive. Although it provides smooth filament feed, it may not solve all filament jam issues. You should look into your hotend for that.
