Printing PLA at 100% infill, layer thickness 0.2 mm. Assembling by gluing a piece of 32 mm elastic into each groove with super glue. Both printed pieces are then glued together, with grooves facing inward. I attempted to insert an aluminum foil sheet between the parts to prevent RFID interference, but unfortunately it was ineffective.
