Minimalistic screwless Raspberry Pi 4 mount
thingiverse
I needed to secure my raspberry pi inside a cabinet without using 2.5mm screws, but those were nowhere to be found. I also wanted maximum airflow around the Pi to enhance its cooling system. This mounting adapter has two parts - the top part with four pins that fit snugly into the bottom part when printed. Make sure to smooth out the pins after printing for a perfect fit; otherwise, you risk damaging one of them. The backplate features 4 holes for 3mm screws to securely attach the Pi to any wall or board. This mount was designed using OpenSCAD, so modifying it for different screw sizes shouldn't be too difficult. Just keep in mind that it requires my own OpenSCAD library found at https://github.com/mayjs/mayscadlib.
