To accommodate a 10mm OD spring purchased from reprapworld.com, I adjusted the "spring-hole" dimensions and increased both part heights by 2mm. The MK7 Drive gear (as seen in the first image) performed better than the MK8 Drive gear (depicted in the second picture).
