Minimalistic holder for 6x 18650,18500 and 18350 Li-Ion cells
thingiverse
Needed a holder for six 18650 Li-Ion cells that's as minimalist as possible but still functional. Print two side plates and two tubes using petg or another heat-resistant filament. Glue the battery spring plates together with E6000 glue or similar adhesive. Solder the required plate pairs, then solder the wires in place. Apply a small amount of glue to the ends of the tubes and assemble everything together. You can get the battery spring plates from Banggood by following this link: https://www.banggood.com/10-Pairs-Silver-Tone-Metal-Battery-Spring-Plate-Set-for-AA-AAA-Batteries-p-1046111.html?p=MW151810738534201705&custlinkid=202504 If you're using cells that are shorter than 18650, be sure to scale the height of the tubes accordingly. For example: * 18650: 75.92mm (100%) * 18500: 50.92mm (67.1%) * 18350: 45.92mm (60.5%)
