Minimalistic deckbox for 100 sleeved cards
thingiverse
This is a minimalistic deck box, originally intended to hold 100 Magic the Gathering cards sleeved with Dragon Shields. Should generalize well to other collectible card games with same card dimensions. In the example pictures there are single red sleeves per card and 100 card deck in the box. Of course the boxes can be used for other purposes. The STLs come with a basic bottom half either solid or with a small "thumb" arch. The cover is either basic solid, or has a round hollow cover, which allows printing an emblem or a logo or so. A placeholder emblem (the round cylinder) is provided for remixing. In my examples I had an M-letter stylized in MtG way, or initials for storing kids' toys. I took the inner hollowed dimensions from a forum post: 67mm wide 68mm deep 96mm high ... which was reported to hold 100 single-sleeved cards. This is a bit tight fit, but with these dimensions the cards don't rattle around in the box. The box itself is 2mm thick on all sides, separated to two 1mm layers intended to slide over each other. Depending on the printer this can also be a tight fit. All prints I've done for these have worked well, with enough friction to hold the box closed in normal use. The box does not have hinges or such.
