This wallet design aims for slimness in your everyday carry. Currently, the desired slim wallets on the market are unavailable; thus, a DIY attempt is made. Printing specifications include a layer height of .25mm, 30% infill, and 3 perimeters. Post-processing involves cleaning grooves before assembly, using -128 orings that need to be stretched for placement. The undercut design ensures oring retention. A 7/64 in ream aids in groove cleanup. The render displays 13 card capacities. Feedback and suggestions are welcome, along with a provided Solidworks assembly file. An update reveals the actual used oring size of -128, correcting an earlier statement.
