Minimalist self watering planter

Minimalist self watering planter

thingiverse

I designed this pot with the following in mind: - Minimalist design unlike what already exists - Decent water capacity (about 450 ml for this size) and flat bottom in order for the roots not to soak (many designs use af cone shape at the bottom of the pot) - Minimize material use (about 200 g of PETG) I mix soil with perlite in order to strike the right balance between drainage and watering of the soil. Make sure to stuff the ponton with soil. Comes out waterproof almost every time with PETG. Haven't tried other materials. Ponton fits snug in place and should be able to hold itself. Can also be fixed with soldering iron or 3D pen.
