Minimalist Photo Frame Stand

Minimalist Photo Frame Stand

thingiverse

I received a stunning crystal glass photo frame for my wedding with a woefully inadequate cardboard stand that was no match for the heavy glass's weight. It ended up in storage, and I had always intended to fix it. Ten years passed before I acquired a 3D printer, and I thought, "Finally, I can tackle this project." However, none of the solutions on Thingiverse appealed to me. Unfortunately, I lacked the skills to design something myself at the time. That's all changed now that I have Fusion 360, and with it, I was able to create a sleek minimalist frame stand that holds the heavy glass securely without detracting from the crystal's beauty. I gave it to my wife for Christmas, along with one of our wedding photos, and she loved it. If you're facing a similar challenge with an 8x10 picture frame or any other similarly sized plaque, hopefully, this will be helpful. I've included the Fusion 360 files to make it easy to customize to your needs.
