Minimalist Oval Wallet
thingiverse
I've been searching for a simple, printable minimal wallet for quite some time now and I just couldn't find one that was sturdy enough and didn't rely on an excessive amount of supports for a reliable print. So I decided to design my own. The walls on this wallet are approximately 3mm thick all the way around for added strength. I aimed to create this wallet using as few supports as possible although I still had to manually add some in Simplify 3D. This wallet can hold between 8-9 cards or 8 cards and a folded bill, just like the one shown. To achieve optimal results, print it vertically as indicated in the slicer picture. According to Simplify 3D, this design will require approximately 20.67 grams of filament, as shown in the provided image. I also intentionally left the back side of the wallet open so I could easily scan my Kroger card's barcode without having to remove it from the wallet.
