Minimalist Extruder Triangle Knob

For all the people who like minimalist parts on their printer. I used the dimensions as measured from the stepper motor. If it's to hard to push the knob onto the stepper, scale the part 0,5% up. But normally it has a nice tight fit.   I used 0.15 layer hight, 50% infill and fill gaps between walls.
