Minimalist Extruder Lever (623ZZ Deep Groove)

------------------------------------------- ### Update 1/27/2021 I tried printing flexibles for the first time on this machine ([Giant-Prusa](https://github.com/derektata/giant-prusa)) using this new design, and it grips the filament perfectly! It's actually beating my Ender 3's performance in every benchmark I've thrown at it so far. ------------------------------------------- Currently redesigning my Anet A8 Plus, and really liked how minimal this extruder was, as well as how well this design worked with the other pieces I chose to frankenstein together. My only problem with it was that, I had a CR10 style filament gear, and not the one that OP used in the original. So I fixed it to work with a 623ZZ Deep Groove bearing, and it seems to work extremely well so far! The bearing is locked into place with a M3x12mm and a M3 nut. After that, the lever arm is ready to be installed on the machine.
