This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/3bO7JZigg2o I created a minimalist belt buckle meant to pair perfectly with grip6's grippy nylon webbing belts. Their exceptional belts feature a built-in stopper that prevents them from sliding through the buckle slot, giving me peace of mind when wearing my gear. I opted for 3D printing some accessory buckles using various materials to see how they hold up. So far, my PLA buckle has performed admirably, and I have an aluminum one on standby in case needed. To use this design effectively, check out the instructional video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbxYOyjTvGY Let me clarify that I'm just a satisfied customer of grip6; I don't work for them. I'm excited to see how other makers will interpret and modify my original design. The scalloped buckle shown in the picture was printed with brown PLA, while the top 4 layers were done in Essentium Clear PLA, allowing the infill pattern to shine through beautifully.
