Minimalist Belt Buckle - remix

I thickened the entire design to 5mm and eliminated the ribs. I've been wearing this new version for nearly a year now and it's still perfectly flat. Print with 100% infill for optimal results. If you're still interested in the ribbed version, be aware that it's available, but I wouldn't bother with it - the 5mm file is the better choice. After 4.5 months of daily wear, it's still going strong, albeit slightly warped. However, it works fantastically well despite this minor issue. I made some notable changes to this design. It's now slightly larger and thicker than the original. I also added ribs along the long sides for increased rigidity. I don't see a need to heat up the piece or add a curve - it holds web belts beautifully. To use it effectively, follow the same setup as a grip6 belt buckle: have the belt enter from the front, not the back. Pair it with 1.5" nylon webbing for optimal performance.
