The base features recessed areas that securely store spare components within. Printing without support becomes straightforward due to the conical shape of the holder holes' upper surface. This design offers superior torque and grip in comparison to the rounded style, which may not hold parts as securely. To ensure a precise fit, I took care to match the dimensions carefully during manufacturing; a 1.13 scaling factor proved to be an optimal choice for printing with PLA. Subsequent iterations should incorporate springs into the internal hex mechanism while slightly increasing its size. This design modification aims to enhance flexibility while retaining holding capabilities for several components simultaneously.
