Minimal Raspberry Pi Zero Case/Holder
thingiverse
I wanted to create a simple case/holder that's easy to print, detach, and mount for the Raspberry Pi ZERO (W). Load, slice, print, and enjoy. This design is made up of just one part, so you won't need any screws. If you need help detaching it, use a small screwdriver or something similar - I've included pictures to show you how. The case has springs in the middle, which makes it flexible. That's why it's easy to push the Raspberry Pi into place. The mounting holes are spaced 70mm apart, so you can also mount it on a VESA 70 Monitor/TV if you want. Just remember to check the print settings - there are some important notes in there! If you like my designs and want to show your appreciation, buy me a beer! Printer Settings: Printer: RepRap NEO Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Z: 0.1mm, Nozzle: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Rectilinear Filament: bq PLA White Notes: If the case is too narrow for your RaspiZero, try using Slic3r settings like this: "Advanced" -> "Other" -> "XY Size Compensation" = "-0.15mm". This setting will help make up for my 0.2mm nozzle - just remember to use a minus sign! Check the last picture in the gallery to see how it's done.
