Minimal Joy-Con Grip
thingiverse
Modeled and printed for a friend who wanted something similar, but this time using a Joy-Con in each hand during single-player mode. After researching existing Joy-Con grip designs, I decided to measure and create my own model from scratch. Through several iterations, I fine-tuned the fit to ensure it would work perfectly with the print result, taking into account the thin rail walls. To achieve a precise fit, you may need to adjust the flow ratio or scaling by up to 1% in either direction. Please note that little shoulder buttons are not functional if using each Joy-Con in multiplayer mode. Separate models were created for both left and right Joy-Cons to accurately follow their curves. The print process involves two parts that must be assembled with glue. I designed the model in Fusion 360, and all dimensions are measured in millimeters.
