Minimal Design Case for TTGO Dev Board (ESP32)
myminifactory
I'm working on a two-part casing project for my TTGO Esp32 development board, but I still have some work to do before it's complete. In fact, I've already repurposed two of the buttons for another project, so I'll need to update this model once my new board arrives. One thing that caught my eye about this case is how the mounting holes are designed - you can simply screw in a hot screw and it will thread itself right into place. The buttons themselves are actually an integral part of the design. To keep everything held together securely, I'm using clips to fasten the two parts of the casing together. To ensure a snug fit, the tolerances need to be nice and tight.
